my wife and i had a great evening here on our anniversary, alex was great out front and made us feel like royalty,we had fantastic lobster and halibut, and there own smoked trio all wonderfull.ceme brulle was the best we've had any where and the fudge and malteser icecream to die for .we'll certainly be going back, hopefully before our next anniversary.
Booked on a busy Friday
Booked on a busy Friday night and positioned between kitchen entrance and exit no opportunity to move, not ideal. Service was swift in fact to complete 2 courses 35 minuites flat! When my wife questioned if her main was mistaken for a starter due to the small portion the staff were unfortunately confused and need to ask the manager, which meant a delay, and the food becoming cold. We did complain on declining deserts and leaving the restaurant but the staff was not concerned. On complaining to the manager the following day he did provide me with a bottle of wine as an apology. A real let down and I would not recommend the Regatta
Excellent choice,
Excellent choice, presentation and production. Slightly let down by over-worked waiting staff making simple mistakes in the service.
the food was delicious and
the food was delicious and there is a wide variety, something for everyone, and their homemade ice-cream is yummy.
