We were looking forward to a celebratory meal at what we thought was the most prestigious restaurant in the area, the food was splendid but the evening was spoilt by poor service. We initially waited over 1/2 hour for our order to be taken. Then 2 of the 6 desserts ordered were served, the waiters then served another table before bringing 3 more, we gave up on the final one and shared what we had. When a waiter eventually returned to our table we mentioned the missing pudding he checked and confirmed there should have been another, he removed it from the bill - but an apology would have been appreciated.

Coffee was served with chocolates but only those having coffee were allowed chocolates. When we left we were told to find our own coats, we had to pick through a rail and a couple of cupboards, even some piled on a chair in an unused room. The overall impression was that it had become more like Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant than the prestigious restaurant we expected from past visits.
