Friendly staff, a great location, one of the best meals we had eaten in a long time. The conservatory is a wonderful place to eat and enjoy the beautiful garden. Don't drive buy if you enjoy great food and good service

Hard seats, too much smoke, cold and barely acceptable service. Duck luke warm at best and so rare it was still flying. Vegetables also still raw. Portions small and everything very expensive. I had heard great things about this restaurant. I was totally disappointed. Recommend the Anchor at Walberswick -friendlier, food much much better and lots cheaper. Stay away from here if you want a decent meal.

Great atmosphere in the bar with friendly bar staff. Loved the candle lit restaurant and the food is out of this world! A MUST for every visitor to Suffolk!

Garden Lovely...Big improvement since the last time we visited suffolk...Missing the pigs though and the chickens...But apart from that The Crown pleased my day out to suffolk!
