Visited this restaurant as a result of the reviews posted on this site and wasn't disappointed. Food + service were both excellent. Portion sizes were good. Would definitely return.

The food was spectacular and the bar service was great and the lady was very polite and helpful but you could cut the atmosphere with a knife and the service was getting there. I do feel the modern sign is not in keeping with the traditional country pub. we have been using the pub for years with our family please do not change too much.

What can i say other than excellent !! Went to the Cherry Tree with family for a Christmas lunch and couldn't fault it. Service, Quality, atmosphere and value were all of a very high standard.

When we went the food was lovely and came out very quickly. The cod and chips we ordered was enormous. Also very child friendly and pleasant staff. Would definitely go again.

Since the Cherry Tree changed hands in July I've seen vast improvements especially with the standard of food and service. had a lovely day and will certainly return.

service was bad food was cold it took half an hour for the second part of your dish to come out and it was just as bad when we went a year before that
