Rosecot, Peasenhall (Sleeps 3)
A dream of a cottage, right in the centre of the charming little village of Peasenhall, Rosecot is separated from the village street by a small stream (and single track road which leads to the cottage and its neighbours - off street parking is available in the drive). The village itself is delightful and has retained some superb local shops including a wonderful deli (resist their chocolate if you dare!), village store, butchers and tea rooms.
If the outside looks like a picture postcard, inside will most certainly not disappoint. The sitting room is heavily beamed and really cosy with its large inglenook fireplace and wonderful log burning stove (the owner leaves a supply of logs), there is a spacious dining room with farmhouse table and chairs. The kitchen has been fully fitted using traditional materials in keeping with the property and is really well equipped, whilst the ground floor bathroom has the cutest hip bath with shower attach. Sleeps 3 - 1 double, 1 single
"Homely and well-appointed. A cosy and characterful retreat to hide from wintry weather for a few days, I would return."
Clive G, Kent"Cottage exceeded expectations and everything went like clockwork."
Debby F-S, Buckinghamshire"We had a fantastic time at Rosecot and absolutely loved it! If ever the owner wants to sell, be sure to let me know!"
